1 Appellant, James Michael Blevins, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-77-3256, for the offense of Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971 ? 801 [21-801]. His punishment was fixed at twenty-five (25) years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence an appeal has been perfected to this Court.
